3. You will be given advice on how to properly prepare your home for the sales process so that prospective buyers will be excited and comfortable paying top dollar for your condo/home.
4. You will receive extensive marketing in numerous internet sites including Realtor.com, the Beach Bum Realty sites, and three (3) MLS services. This is to bring activity to your home before other; less marketed homes even get a look. A professional photographer will be used to show your home properly to millions of potential buyers from around the world!
5. Your home will be matched to qualified buyers. Your time won’t be wasted by your home being shown to unqualified buyers who cannot afford to buy your home.
6. You will be represented by us, during negotiations, so you will receive the best possible terms and price upon the sale of your home.
7. We will help the buyer arrange financing, when possible, through our many financing sources. This will help the sale close smoothly and as quickly as needed.
8. We will handle all of the details from the listing agreement down to the final closing. Up to 50 different people, from appraisers to surveyors will be involved in the sale of your home. We will coordinate the process and arrange all appointments and inspections to ensure a smooth sale that stays together!
