Recently I was asked if I knew what buyers want. Yes, I do know what buyers want because I am a buyer and I know what I want. We have all bought or sold property , a car or any other product on the market. The concept does not change nor do the needs and wants of the consumer.
First and foremost a buyer wants their sales representative to give them more information than what they have already acquired. Since we all have the internet most buyers are well informed and on top of what is happening in the market. Therefore, I have to stay one step ahead of them in knowledge of my product, which is real estate. I think the second most important WANT that buyers want is that I understand what they want , listen and am able to take those wants and produce for them. Does this make sense to you? In short- listen and use my skills and knowledge and find them what they want. This too takes many hours of seeking out knowledge in my field of expertise – Real Estate .
Loyalty, negotiation skills and communication are a few more of what the buyer wants.
