It is the start of the summer and buyers and neighbors are out in the neighborhoods, seems especially true in my neighborhood, Pacetti North Beach.  You walk out of your house and one way is the beach and the other is the interacoastal…you get to choose your view within a few steps in either direction.  

Being outside you get to meet so many of the neighbors and everyone seems to be optimistic of the real estate market here in Florida taking a turn for the better.  People are looking and getting ready to make that lifestyle change to live the beach life.  The sign on my vehicle says “BEACH BUM REALTY” which draws a lot of attention to people passing by and it’s an instant conversation starter of what’s going on around here in Vilano Beach.

Our neighbors love the laid back lifestyle and buyers are stopping to look at empty lots and homes and that’s generally their first comment… “we love the laid back, old time Florida feeling we get when we are here.”    I have recently met some buyers “potential neighbors” looking next door to my home while in my pj’s and it’s an exciting feeling seeing people wanting to invest and grow in this community.
