Have you seen the logo the salt life and wondered what exactly does that mean?  If you have not visited Jacksonville or St Augustine yet then its safe to say before you leave here you will see a logo with “The Salt Life” on some type of t-shirt, baseball hat or bumper sticker.

The Salt Life logo was founded 6 years ago in Jacksonville Beach by a group of avid surfers, divers, and blue water fishermen who have traveled the world exploring and learning about their outdoor passions.  People who love the salt life all have one thing in common and that is a love for the ocean!  It has really caught on in this part of Florida and its one of the most recognizable logos here.

My husband and I both love the ocean and feel the slogan “LIVING THE SALT LIFE” fits us perfectly.  He surfs in the morning and in the afternoons if possible and we always go to the beach just to put our feet in the sand everyday and our 2 year old loves to build sand castles.
