Pacetti North Beach neighborhood is a quaint neighborhood nestled in between the Intracoastal Waterway and beach in the city of St Augustine on Vilano Beach off of A1A.  Even though this is a quiet neighborhood you will see many people throughout the day strolling to the beach, going and coming to the Boating Club with all types and sizes of boats or just taking a bike ride.  There are no short sales or foreclosures in this neighborhood currently but there are 20 homes listed for sale ranging between $249,000-$1,575,000 with no HOA or CDD fees. I have recently made a face book page for the neighborhood that you can visit and its purpose is for the residents to interact with one another.  It brings an element to the neighborhood to help in keeping everyone together and making it easier for the working person to meet others around the neighborhood.  I hope to see this catch on and plan neighborhood activities on the beach and have a network of babysitters, etc.
