Life’s a Beach!
Hi, I’m Therese Keys the broker and co-owner of Beach Bum Realty.
I have been buying and selling real estate personally since my mid 20’s. I am a wife of a custom home builder and have worked in the real estate business of selling new homes and managing a sales force for many years. I was first licensed in Maryland and then in 2004, after relocating to Florida, became licensed here in Florida.
We started Beach Bum Realty as an internet based Real Estate Company. National Association of Realtors, (NAR) defines an Internet Realtor as one who receives over 70 % of their business from the internet; we receive approximately 85% of all our business via the internet, so we are definitely Internet Realtors!
I am E- pro certified, CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Sales) Designated and have my ABR and CRS designations. Both certifications make me a more knowledgeable Real Estate professional.
It is my goal to assist the buyer in any life style change that they are seeking. We list and sell homes using the latest technology available to us today. All of our agents are also trained in how to effectively buy and sell real estate using the web. Customer satisfaction and service are of the utmost importance to us. Acquiring knowledge, gaining more experience, and continuing my education are all priorities to all of us at Beach Bum Realty.
I am one of the Top Producing Realtors in Flagler County, Daytona and the St. Augustine areas of Florida.
I serve on the local MLS Board and am actively involved with the decisions that affect all the Realtors of this Board. I am also one of the founding members of the Flagler County Chapter of the Women’s Council of Realtors and have been an active member since 2004.
